1. Rooms can be instantly k-lined for the following reasons: child pornography, running a botnet, running a clone cluster, any illegal activity, posing as an imposter, harassment, real life threats, and revealing real life information about a third party.
2. All other g-lines for Gor and BDSM are voted upon by the appropriate Council.
3. Channel bans and a-kick evasions should be considered a g-line offense.
IRCop Behavior
1. If an IRCop on the current team is incapable of being neutral in #help or #staff, they agree to stay away from that room and leave their management to those capable of being neutral.
2. Using the power of an IRCop over someone they do not like or using the power outside of their duties, or without the support of their admin group outside of the instant k-line rules will not be tolerated. These infractions will result in de-opping the guilty party for one week for the first offense and permenantly removed for future offenses.
Channel Autonomy
All rooms have the right to operate in complete autonomy, with no outside interference, unless that room is breaking gline rules for individuals, then that room will be shut down
Behavior in Channels
If a user enters a home they are required to abide by the rules of that home. The inability to function and behave in a manner acceptable in the home is cause for kicking, banning, or a-kicking the intruder. This is left at the discretion of the home and it is operators. Evading a ban or an a-kick is cause of g-line as mentioned in the rules above.
Neutral Party
Neutral parties are channels that do not fall within the definitions of Gor or BDSM for example #baseballcards. These channels are under the watchful eye of the server admin and the IRCops they assign.
BOTS
Passive Bots and Room Management Bots are welcome on the
thassa.com server. All bots must use the /mode NICK +B
command when logging into the system. Any bot found to be
performing Chat SPAM, Memoserv SPAM, PM SPAM, War Bots, Nuke Bots
or any other malicious Bots will result in a g-line.
